Background

Born and grew up in Osaka, Japan as a second generation Korean and acquired Japanese citizenship in 2001. Studied in the US from 1975-1978 for graduate school and currently work as a full time faculty member in the Department of Business Administration, Ryukoku University, Kyoto, Japan. Have been teaching classes such as intercultural communication, Korean issues in Japan, Computer Assisted Language Learning, creative writing and, etc.

Activities/Interests/Plans
|
Because of my Korean ethnic background, I have participated in various social activities, for example, giving workshops related to human rights movements for minority groups in Japan. One year leave for overseas study was granted from Aug. 1, 2003 to July 31st, 2004.
